The way we do this is through 1-2-1 sessions with you.
These sessions can be spread out with approximately 7-10 day intervals, giving you the opportunity to absorb the new ideas and work with them between sessions. This means you can bring your results and fresh challenges to the next session (6 sessions – total investment of £300).
